Brandwatch is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our this role you will be responsible for managing optimizing and expanding our Salesforce platform to support business operations enhance user experience and drive organizational growth.
As a key member of the Business Applications team you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholdersincluding Revenue Operations R&D and other business teamsto implement best practices improve system efficiency and ensure Salesforce aligns with our evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration & Optimization
o Manage and maintain Salesforce administrative functions including user profiles roles permission sets and assignment rules.
o Customize and configure Salesforce flows validation rules advanced formulas and custom objects to support operational needs.
o Identify diagnose and resolve technical issues escalating as necessary while ensuring minimal disruption to users.
o Oversee system performance security and data integrity to maintain optimal functionality.
Business Process Support & Collaboration
o Work closely with Revenue Operations and other stakeholders to enhance Salesforce efficiency and standardize business analytics tools and processes.
o Support cross-functional projects and strategic system changes to improve business operations.
o Monitor data quality integrity and user adoption implementing necessary improvements.
Reporting & Analytics
o Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
o Implement best practices for data governance and reporting standards within Salesforce.
Training & Documentation
o Develop and deliver user training on Salesforce features and best practices.
o Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes policies and system configurations.
Qualifications & Experience
7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with expertise in Salesforce Lightning Experience and advanced platform customization.
5 years of hands-on experience developing custom objects workflows (Flows & Process Builder) validation rules and triggers.
Strong experience with Salesforce integrations APIs and data migration tools.
Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) and Advanced Administrator (ADM 301) certifications are required. Additional certifications such as Platform App Builder CPQ or Service Cloud are a plus.
Experience with Apex programming Visualforce pages and Data Loader is preferred.
