Job Description
Join our IT Services Team in Pune as a Database Administrator (Oracle). In this role you will support the design implementation and maintenance of Oracle database systems while ensuring reliability security and performance. Work closely with delivery teams and cross-functional stakeholders to manage incidents patching compliance and recovery processes.
You have at least 3 years of Oracle DBA experience (12c and above). You have:
- a strong knowledge of SQL Server MongoDB and AWS RDS is a plus.
- hands-on expertise in backup & recovery (RMAN) security and performance tuning.
- strong communication anda collaborative approach.
- problem solver and collaborator who thrives in global IT environments.
- Implement monitor and maintain Oracle database systems
- Manage incidents change requests and compliance activities
- Perform backup recovery and security audits
- Collaborate with global delivery teams and cloud specialists
- Contribute to process improvements and future scalability initiatives
