Job Description
KITE Search are working with a leading International MNC who work across a wide variety of property assets Hong Kong they are particularly active in the booming critical service space working across the design and operation of data centres and hospitals.
As the business grows and demand increases across Asia we are looking for a technically strong and qualified Critical Facilities Manager to oversee a project in Hong Kong. This role will have overall responsibility for a large scale data centre including operations and renovation work.
You should have:
- 10 Years experience working across critical services of complex projects (data centres / hospitals)
- Managerial experience at Facility Manager or Contract Manager within a 24/7 Data Centre / and or critical environment
- Background of overseeing a large M&E team in addition to Health and Safety and IT
- Ability to oversee the budget & accounts whilst managing the service delivery seamlessly
- Experience of overseeing manpower plans and staffing structures to ensure smooth running of the team through operation of the data centre.
- Degree qualified in Electrical Mechanical or Building Services
