Position Summary:

Healthcare Realty is currently recruiting for a Financial Analyst Asset Management in Nashville. This role will support decision-making through in depth property level financial analysis market studies and relevant industry addition a variety of special projects may be assigned to assist senior management with timely reporting to its investors and the Companys Board of Directors. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify leasing and market trends along with operating efficiencies that will drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed financial analysis of operational performance including property pro forma cash flow analysis rent rolls income statements and balance sheets.
Develop and maintain financial models to support additional investment capital expenditures and strategic planning.
Assist the Companys FP&A group in the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports.
Support scenario analysis and business case development for new initiatives.
Assist in the implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Finance Real Estate Accounting or a related field.
13 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis or operations.
Proficiency in Argus software and modeling along with Microsoft Excel; computer proficiency required.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Experience with MRI Software is a plus.
