Job Summary
- Directs staff in expediting export correspondence bid requests and credit collections
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws
- Arranges shipping details such as export licenses customs declarations and packing and routing product
- Expedites import-export arrangements and maintains current information on import-export tariffs licenses and restrictions
- Effectively manages difficult client situations
- Other duties as assigned
