Responsibilities:

• Lead and assist in the overall operation of the golf facilities including managing tee times golf carts and practice areas.
• Manage and uphold the standards policies and procedures of golf operations.
• Monitor and enforce high standards of cleanliness and hygiene of the facilities including the changing rooms the Pro Shop the Halfway Houses and buggies.
• Assist the department management team in leading training and mentoring the golf operations retail and services teams.
• Oversee and promote the Trackman driving range and other physical practice facilities as well as leading the long-term development of these facilities.
• Support the Retail Manager and Operations Manager in the execution of daily tasks events and functions tournaments and Group Golf Days.
• Demonstrate and encourage excellent customer service skills; greeting and welcoming members and guests providing assistance with check-in reservations and enquiries
• Assist with inventory management including receiving stocking and organizing merchandise in the golf shop

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferably in a golf or hospitality environment
• Passion for golf and a basic understanding of golf etiquette and rules preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
• Flexibility to work shifts including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays
• Basic computer skills for processing reservations and transactions
