What we seek to accomplish together:
- Perform team lead role and track the progress of operations work plan
- Organize and plan the maintenance activities with the team.
- Install and configure Windows Linux servers VM.
- Assist the IT Security Officer in evaluating the system and security patches.
- Apply security patches after obtaining the necessary approvals.
- Come up with the implementation plan and SOP whenever necessary
- Establish the backup procedures for the system and supervise the Operators to make sure that the backup procedures were followed.
- Respond to incidents/alerts and follow up on immediate resolution.
- Perform system housekeeping.
- Schedule and perform regular system maintenance.
- Manage the system resources.
- Monitor system performance.
- Review system audit logs after each exercise.
- Assist in maintaining the OCOE hardware and software inventory.
- Perform system health check.
- Assist in troubleshooting of any OCOE incidents.
- Perform OCOE system health check.
- Monitor the OCOE system during exercise.
- Update relevant sections in the Monthly Progress Report
A little bit about you:
- At least a university degree in IT related field with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience on installation configuration and administration of Windows and Linux.
- Working knowledge on monitoring system (e.g. Solarwinds Orion) CyberArk EPP and backup system.
Technical Skills
- Installation configuration and administration of Windows and Linux.
- Scripting languages (Bash PowerShell)
- Relevant certifications (e.g Advanced Windows Server Administration)
Security Focus:
- Experience with security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Identity and access management experience
Soft Skills :
- Good communication and inter-personal sills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Team collaboration
- Incident management and escalation handling
