Guest Experience Manager - Resort Group Palawan Philippines
A pre-opening hotel resort in Palawan is looking for aGuest Experience Manager to join its pre-opening team. The successful candidate reporting to the Hotel General Manager will be responsible in overseeing the daily front desk operations managing staff handling guest inquiries and complaints and ensuring smooth operations while also contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Hotel Administration or relative discipline
Five (5) years experience in the same role preferably from a 5-star hotel resort
Pre-opening experience is preferred
Possesses leadership and organizational skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Self starter
Island person
Willingness to be based in Palawan.
