About our Customer Operations Hiring Team:

Were a large team that look after a large business remit hiring and onboarding teams within Customer Operations Financial Crime Fraud and Disputes. We hire those on the Customer Service front line their support teams and Senior Leaders.

Youll play a key role by...

  • Youll be predominately hiring large volumes of candidates for Customer Operations positions across our Financial Crime Fraud and Disputes teams
  • Youll spend a lot of your time screening CVs reviewing answers to application questions completing video interviews with candidates and scheduling interviews.
  • Youll be proactive and creative at finding great talent for Monzo and you might do this by proactively sourcing on LinkedIn driving our referral scheme connecting and working with other companies that have announced redundancies or adapting our attraction plan.
  • Youll be required to provide helpful developmental feedback to both internal and external candidates.
  • Youll build lasting relationships with Hiring Managers and support with facilitating creative hiring strategies.
  • Youll work with Hiring Managers Workforce Planning Training and Onboarding to define hiring plans and agree onboarding dates.
  • Youll care deeply about diversity and inclusiveness and giving all candidates an amazing experience.
  • Youll be data-driven comfortable reporting back on your campaigns success and presenting back insights to the Operations management teams.

Wed love to hear from you if

  • You have previous experience in a Recruiter role recruiting at high volume.
  • Youre experienced at interviewing and assessing candidates.
  • You can tell whether somebody has the skills were looking for without relying on previous job titles or qualifications.
  • You love rolling your sleeves up and working with lots of autonomy - work well to deadlines and targets.
  • You want to create a world class interviewing and onboarding experience
  • Youre passionate about Monzo and being a brand ambassador.
  • You care deeply about inclusiveness and diversity.
  • Youre empathetic adaptable and respectful of candidates needs and priorities
  • You enjoy working collaboratively with a variety of people in different teams and can influence those more senior than you.
  • Bonus points if youve worked in or closely with FinCrime/Fraud/Disputes teams and really understand their needs requirements and culture.
