The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazons overseas stores and supporting local sellers success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.
Transparency is a product serialization service that allows Brands/manufacturers to use unique item level serial the past years we have been expanding this service among CN Brands with an amazing speed. We are looking for an Account Manager to join us on this journey of scaling up Transparency.
As a Transparency Account Manager you will play a critical role in recruiting and managing a group of accounts (brands/manufacturers) in Transparency program. Your expertise in Sales account management and cross-functional collaboration will contribute to deepening our engagement with Brands and supporting Brands long term success and growth on the Amazon.
Key job responsibilities
Engage with potential Brands/customers via phone call email seller visit and other channels to understand their business needs and identify opportunities
Initiate prospecting and lead generation activities
Promote product awareness by updating product features
Support and educate Brands on enrollment process
Conduct deep dive analysis on Transparency related issues and provide necessary support
- 2-3 years professional experience in Sales or Account Management
- Experience in cold calling prospecting and penetrating business opportunities
- Prior sales experience and negotiation skills
- Problem-solving passion and service orientation
- Oral and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
- Bachelors Degree or above
- Advanced experience including the development of dashboards and reports
- Experience working with Brands or supply chain ecosystem
- Experience navigating complex processes and environment
- Experience in program management
