Key Responsibilities:
Assist in data collection and analysis for OPORAs research projects.
Conduct literature reviews and background research on topics related to migration integration and social policy.
Support the team in tracking emerging trends policy changes and needs within displaced communities.
Help process qualitative and quantitative data including interview transcripts and survey results.
Contribute to writing research summaries reports and policy briefs.
Provide general support to the Research Team in designing and executing research projects.
What We Expect from You:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Social Sciences Migration Studies Public Policy or a related field.
Strong English skills (written & spoken); Dutch or Ukrainian is a plus.
Interest in qualitative and/or quantitative research methods.
Ability to analyze and synthesize information clearly and concisely.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with research tools (e.g. Excel NVivo SPSS R or Python) is a plus.
