How will you contribute to the success of DHL
As a Global Digital Performance Specialist you will be responsible for managing and optimizing performance across key digital acquisition channels including Paid Media SEO and Google My Business. Youll work closely with global regional and local teams to ensure strategic alignment share best practices and drive customer acquisition and visibility.

Do you have what it takes
You are a digitally savvy marketer with a passion for performance and optimization. You thrive in global environments enjoy working across cultures and teams and have a strong analytical mindset. Youre comfortable navigating complex data digital platforms and stakeholder relationships to drive measurable results.
Were looking for someone who brings:
A bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Media Business or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing including performance marketing SEO and local search.
Hands-on experience with tools like Adobe Analytics SEMrush Ahrefs Screaming Frog and local listings platforms.
Certifications in Google Ads or SEO.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience working in global or regional marketing teams.
Fluency in English.
