Dispatcher - AMS Team
Position Summary: Monitor and dispatch IT incidents for Application Management Services (AMS) environment. Route tickets to appropriate support teams and ensure timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and log AMS-related incidents and service requests
Assign tickets to correct application support teams
Monitor ticket queues and escalate per SLA requirements
Provide status updates to users and stakeholders
Track resolution times and maintain incident documentation
Ticket SLA and updates analysis
Coordinate with application teams during outages or critical issues
Requirements:
Strong communication skills
Basic understanding of applications and IT systems
Ability to work shifts including evenings/weekends
Working Conditions:
Fast-paced incident response focus
This role focuses specifically on application support dispatch within managed services operations.
