Funds Solicitor
We are working with a leading international law firm to recruit a Funds Solicitor for their high-performing investment funds team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with 34 years PQE to work on complex cross-border mandates for a client base that includes global asset managers private equity firms and hedge fund sponsors.
This market-leading team is recognised for its technical expertise collaborative approach and its work across a wide variety of fund structures including UCITS AIFs and bespoke vehicles.

The Role
As a Funds Solicitor you will:
Advise on the structuring establishment and operation of Irish fund products including UCITS and AIFs
Draft review and negotiate fund documentation and related agreements
Provide regulatory and governance advice across a broad range of asset classes
Liaise with domestic and international clients on multi-jurisdictional transactions
Support fund launches and assist with transaction documentation from an Irish legal perspective
Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives
Collaborate with colleagues and support junior team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing
The Person
34 years post-qualification experience in investment funds (ideally from a top-tier firm)
Strong academic background and technical drafting skills
Sound knowledge of Irish regulatory frameworks including AIFMD and UCITS
Commercial awareness and a pragmatic solutions-focused mindset
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced international team environment
