What Youll Be Doing:
- Post-Sale Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for sold projects coordinating with the sales team clients and internal departments (e.g. Legal Finance Creative) to ensure seamless delivery
- Documentation & Onboarding: Manage all post-sale documentation including contracts agreements and client onboarding forms ensuring all necessary information is collected and processed correctly.
- Project Tracking: Monitor the progress of all active bank and media campaigns from the initial setup phase through to final execution ensuring that all milestones are met according to the project timeline.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may impact the delivery of a campaign or service.
- Client Communication: Handle client inquiries related to the fulfillment and status of their purchased services ensuring a professional and positive experience.
- Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular status reports on the pipeline of active projects campaign performance and fulfillment metrics to sales and leadership teams.
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in a sales support project coordination or fulfillment role preferably within the media advertising or financial services industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in managing documents and data.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and CRM systems is a plus.
- A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
