What We Are Looking For
Experience
Proven experience in designing and integrating thermal systems
Knowledge of marine machinery and systems including propulsion layouts and onboard energy consumers/converters
Substantial experience in the maritime sector
Expertise in ship propulsion systems and onboard energy management
Degree in Mechanical Marine or Energy Engineering or Naval Architecture
Ability to develop and mature technologies by leveraging technical knowledge and commercial flair
Strong project work and project management skills
Personal Attributes
Highly motivated self-driven and innovative
