What does a Service Engineer do

Provides service repairs and installs packaging equipment. As the front line of our after care function you will offer excellent customer service and high levels of support.

Why do we need you

  • Repair service and installation of packaging machines demonstrating strong technical skills.
  • Carry out testing to ensure accurate fault diagnosis showcasing diagnostic and analytical abilities.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers delivering high standards of customer service emphasizing interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required paperwork and reports reflecting attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Adherence to health and safety practices and procedures highlighting safety awareness and compliance.

Qualifications

  • High level technical knowledge
  • Technical and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication listening and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of electrical theory and safe working practices.
