Key Responsibilities
- Beverage Program: Implement strict quality control measures to ensure consistency in taste presentation and overall guest satisfaction by regularly reviewing and updating beverage recipes conducting periodic tastings and evaluations and training staff on proper preparation techniques.
- Leadership: Lead train and develop bar staff ensuring a high level of customer service and product knowledge.
- Inventory & Ordering: Monitor and manage bar inventory ensuring proper stock levels and working with vendors for ordering.
- Cost Control: Manage bar costs including labor beverage costs and waste adhering to budget guidelines.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health safety and alcohol regulations.
Qualifications *Must have weekend and nights available*
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bar Lead Bar Manager or similar role plus 5 years experience bartending.
- Leadership: Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of mixology and spirits.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Flexibility: Ability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
