Job Description
- Being responsible for monitoring network surveillance (shift work).
- Handling alarm monitoring filtering and analysis.
- Performing first-level troubleshooting.
- Preparing and submitting reports.
- Dispatching work orders and following up until closure.
Job Requirements
- Strong motivated responsible and proactive personality.
- Customer-focused with good communication skills.
- Good command of English both spoken and written.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Theoretical knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G network architecture.
- Theoretical knowledge of transmission types including microwave optical fibre and copper cables.
