Job Description
Position Name: Jr. Billing Administrator
Reports to: Billing Administrator
Location/Type: PH/Contract

Were looking for a detail-oriented Jr. Billing Administrator who is eager to learn and grow their skills in billing and finance. Join our collaborative Finance team and gain valuable hands-on experience working with billing processes and financial systems.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping
- Familiarity with billing software and accounting systems (e.g. ConnectWise NetSuite) is a plus
- Experience with team communication and collaboration platforms (e.g. Confluence Slack Teams) is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Skilled in MS Office especially Excel Outlook and Word
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new billing systems and processes
- Experience in a Customer Support Specialist or related role is a plus but not required
- Prior experience in a billing role is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send invoices to clients accurately and on time
- Monitor and follow up on overdue payments
- Resolve billing discrepancies and address client issues
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding billing
- Contact clients to resolve past-due accounts and ensure timely payments
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely billing
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing records
- Assist with month-end billing-related closing activities
- Ensure all billing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations
- Help maintain billing process documentation and suggest improvements
- Support other billing and finance tasks and assist with projects as assigned by the supervisor
