Were looking for a Billing & Customer Portals Administrator. This role is pivotal for ensuring a quality-managed customer experience through effective and high-quality invoicing. It drives data analytics to manage costs enhance reporting and improve working capital and recoveries. Key responsibilities include efficient invoice uploading to customer portals and providing administrative support to boost billingefficiencies. The role will be focusing on AUSPAC Region.

What youll do:

  • Invoice Management: Generate accurate timely invoices and respond to customer inquiries related to them.
  • Uploading of invoices to customer portals.
  • Management and follow up of customer POs
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with HCS Sales and Operations to gather necessary billing information.
  • Recoveries management
  • Other adhoc duties as required by the Billing Manager

Youll have the following skills and experience:

  • Educational Background: Preferred experience in accounting finance business administration or a related field.
  • Billing Expertise: Proven experience in billing invoicing or accounts receivable role.
  • Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing processes.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint PowerBI etc.) with exposure to ERP systems like M3 Cloudsuite beinganadvantage. Knowledge around Customer portals like Ariba Corrigo Taulia is advantageous.
