Job Description
- Audit airway bills and invoices
- Prepare and transmit billing statements to clients
- Post bills which have been prepared
- Maintain client profiles inclusive of tariff book maintenance
- Enter and review all cost and billing information in system
- Research and resolve all errors in cost and invoicing entries
- Address and resolve client questions and issues regarding rating or billing
- Other duties as assigned
-OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proficiency in basic mathematics
- Ability to accurately type and enter data
- Ability to identify and resolve complex billing issue
- One year industry related work experience preferred
- Attentive collaborative responsible
