Job Description
JOB TITLE: Dentist
JOB LOCATION:Ogudu Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

JOB DETAILS:
- As a Dentist you will be responsible for providing exceptional dental care to patients while maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics.
- Your expertise in diagnosing and treating oral health issues combined with your dedication to patient comfort and satisfaction will be crucial in ensuring the well-being of patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive dental examinations to assess patients oral health.
- Examine patient records and diagnose dental conditions and develop personalised treatment plans.
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings extractions root canals dental cleanings and plaque removals.
- Prescribe medications as needed
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care.
- Address patients dental concerns and answer their questions.
- Collaborate with dental nurse/s to ensure efficient patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes.
- Stay updated on the latest dental techniques and technologies.
- Adhere to all ethical and professional standards in dentistry.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS/BChD) Bachelor or
- Dentistry (BDent) degree.
- Dental practising licence and registration in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years experience post NYSC
- Experience using dental equipment and tools
- Strong clinical skills and proficiency in dental procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic and patient-centred approach to care.
- Commitment to continuing education and professional growth.
- Ability to work in a startup.
