Job Description:
The Bartender is to responsible to maximize profits maintain food / beverage / service quality good performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Oral and written fluency in English
- Good communication skills
- Certificate/ Diploma in food and beverage/ hospitality management
- Computer literate
- Motivator and self-starters
- Displays initiative
- Commitment to professional values
- Team leader/ builder
- People oriented
- Creative/ open-minded or dynamic personality
- Strong command of the F&B operations
- Good understanding of procurement functions pricing strategies as well as sales & marketing methods
