DevelopmentofweeklyandmonthlyreportsfortheIRchannel(single-brandandmulti-brandfranchisesfortheregion)focusingonsalesupdatesrevenuetargetsbackordersforecastssell-outretailKPIsandinventorymanagement. Creationofad-hocanalysesformultibrand and franchise channelmanagementtailoredtotheneedsoftheIRCommercialManagementandSalesDirectorsaswellastheKAMteam.
Developandmaintainreports(weeklyandmonthly)withthefollowingscopes:
Updateactualsales Updatesalestargets/forecasts/sell-incampaigns Updatebackorderreports(ordersplaced) Sell-outreports(retailKPIs) Inventoryreportscustomercoverage Collaborateincreatingsuggestedordersbasedonestablishedtargetsbystore Monitorcredit/billingblockers
Createordervalues MonitorS&OPmeetings(productandmarketinginputreceiptstatuswiththelogisticsteam)ensuringthatdeliveriestosupplyfranchisesandmulti-brandstoresarebeingmadeontime TrackordersrelatedtocommercialcampaignsandotherinitiativessuchasBuyBackCashBackBonusandothers
MonitorcreditorderblockingsituationsworkingwiththeKeyAccountManagementandSalesteams Createad-hocanalysesforfranchisestoremanagementaccordingtotheneedsoftheSalesDepartmentandtheKeyAccountManagementteam.
