The Sr Email Marketing Strategist exists to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client needs ensuring a positive client experience and maximizing campaign performance. This role focuses on client-facing interactions strategic planning and ongoing optimization to drive business growth.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :
Strategy Development: Create and implement effective marketing strategies that meet client needs.
Account Management: Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Client Understanding: Demonstrate a deep understanding of client business needs and translate them into marketing strategies.
Performance Tracking: Analyze and track data to maximize the performance of email and other retention marketing campaigns.
Client Communication: Communicate marketing insights and reports on performance and plan for further development.
Team Alignment: Ensure the Activations team has clear instructions and is aligned with the overall strategy.
Service Expansion: Successfully upsell and cross-sell services increasing revenue and client engagement.
Thought Leadership: Provide valuable industry insights to the marketing team to enhance the companys reputation as an industry leader.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.
6 - 10 years of experience in digital marketing client strategy or account management preferably in an agency or eCommerce environment.
Candidates must have prior experience working with subscription-based businesses.
Strong understanding of retention marketing including email SMS and CRM strategies.
Proven ability to develop data-driven marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Proven experience in people management and leadership with the ability to mentor motivate and develop team members.
Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
Experience in upselling and cross-selling services to drive revenue growth.
