Your Day-to-Day
As a Senior Technical Writer you will play a key role in shaping and leading our documentation efforts. You will be responsible for developing and implementing documentation strategies mentoring junior writers and ensuring the highest quality of technical content.
- Develop comprehensive documentation plans and architecture for complex enterprise software.
- Establish and enforce documentation standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior writers providing guidance and reviewing their work.
- Collaborate closely with product engineering and design teams to gather technical insights.
- Craft high-level technical content that effectively explains complex AI/ML concepts.
- Champion documentation process improvements and innovation.
- Manage multiple documentation projects across different product areas.

To be successful in this role you will have to:
- Advanced technical writing and editing expertise.
- Experience with documentation strategy and planning.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
- Knowledge of API and SDK documentation best practices.
- Strong understanding of information architecture principles.
- Passion for process improvement and innovation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
- 5 years of experience writing technical documentation for enterprise software.
- Proven track record leading documentation initiatives.
- Experience documenting PaaS/SaaS platforms and AI/ML technologies.
- Solid understanding of API documentation and developer experience.
- Proficiency with documentation tools and version control systems.
- Excellent project management and mentoring skills.
- (Preferred) Background in computer science or a related field.
