Roles and responsibilities
Working with Business owners throughout the organisation to produce high-quality documentation internal communications to share new features product enhancements or updates.
Creating support documents that enhance the customer journey on all brands that is accurate thorough high quality and easy to understand.
Acting as a Point of contact with different business groups to scope documentation assignments providing clear version track records and ensuring clear document filing.
Working closely with Product Management and Product Development to gather content requirements and review/ approve documentation.
Reviewing editing and maintaining content to ensure accuracy usability and ease of consumption
Documenting product functionality troubleshooting and best practices through research cross-functional teamwork and hands-on product testing.
Researching industry-related topics (combining online sources interviews and studies) and identifying customers needs and gaps in the content and recommending new topics.
Job requirements
Must have
Outstanding skills in writing about complex technical and business subjects to a variety of audiences.
Ability to interact with different business groups and scope documentation assignments.
1 years of Technical writing experience.
Clear and effective communication skills with impeccable grammar (written & verbal)
Linguistic accuracy (Grammar syntax punctuation spelling and word choice)
Knowledge of Content management systems is preferred.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail required.
The ability to consistently meet tight deadlines.
