Job Purpose
- Responsible for executing partners fleet strategy and delivering partners high-quality fleet projects.
- Closely work together with NIKE internal teams to ensure the feasible door opening / Renovation cadence through NIKE strategy.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with fleet director to improve fleet productivity under the joint fleet development vision with partners through city cluster strategy.
- Seamlessly execute marketplace fleet development plan and improve partners fleet structure.
- Develop strong cross functional relationships with cross-functional teams also cultivate team innovation & creativity through national collaborations.
- Enhance partners fleet development capabilities and drive better co-working fleet process.
Requirements of this role
- Bachelors degree in businessor related field.
- More than 5 working experiences in sports or retail related industry.
- Solid partner management skills.
- Solid communication and influence skills.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Rich knowledge of marketplace and fleet.
- Knowledge of financialP&L analysis and business forecast.
