Je zult advies geven aan onze kaarthouders en betaalafspraken maken. Ook zul je betaallimieten en problemen analyseren. Onze Credit Analysten zijn het visite kaartje en relatie opbouwers van American Express n van de meest gerespecteerde merken ter wereld. American Express zet de kaarthouder centraal in alles wat zij Credit afdeling zorgt voor een goede balans tussen account openingen fraude preventie en bedrijfsrisicos. Als een Credit Analyst ga je werken in een team met andere enthousiaste collegas. Je zult telefonisch contact opnemen met kaarthouders die openstaande rekeningen hebben om ervoor te zorgen dat deze rekeningen betaald worden. Ook neem jij beslissingen of kaarten gedeblokkeerd worden of eventueel geannuleerd worden en wat het betaallimiet is. Kan jij je vinden in het volgende profiel
Minimum Qualifications
- Ben jij communicatief sterk
- Sta jij stevig in je schoenen om iedere dag in ieder gesprek excellente service te verlenen
- Beschik jij over geweldige luistervaardigheden
- Ben jij creatief in het vinden van oplossingen
- Kan jij goed omgaan met veranderingen
- Durf je het aan om een gesprek in het Engels te voeren
- Ervaring in een klantenservice of debiteuren omgeving is een plus
- Je bent flexibel en je kunt werken tussen 08:00 en 18:00 van maandag tot en met vrijdag
- Je streeft om resultaten te behalen
- Je kunt geen vakantie opnemen in de eerste maand vanwege de training die je ontvangt
- Je woont in Nederland
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands
