We are seeking a Scrum Master & Business Analyst to join IQVIA Laboratories in Columbia MD in a hybrid role.

Job Summary:
Join our Labmatrix Product team in a hybrid role that blends agile facilitation with business analysis. Youll drive agile practices while translating business needs into actionable product requirements.
Youll Be Doing:
- Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
- Coach development teams on Agile principles and foster continuous improvement
- Collaborate with Product Owner to groom and prioritize the product backlog
- Document business and technical requirements for Labmatrix
- Translate business needs into user stories acceptance criteria and process flows
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or related field
- 13 years of experience as a Scrum Master and/or Business Analyst in an Agile environment
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
- Other Equivalent combination of education training and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
The Knowledge Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:
- Proficiency in Jira Confluence and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
