Shangri-La Nanshan Shenzhen
Adjacent to the RAIL IN shopping mall Shangri-La Nanshan Shenzhen is situated at the heart of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area a prime location within the Huiyun Center of Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base. Located at the junction of with three metro lines within walking distance to Hongshuwan Station for line 2 and Hongshuwan South Station for lines 9 and 11. Shenzhen Bay Port and Shenzhen Baoan International Airport are an approximately 15 and 35-minute drive from the hotel.
We are hiring a Chinese Executive Chef
As a Chinese Executive Chef we rely on you to
- To maintain a high standard of all food preparation and service in Pastry according to the standards required by the management
- Proposes new items and coordinates menu development
- Participates in creating special projects themes festivals
- Adopt and maintain a sound professional knowledge on all aspects related to the operation and position including ensuring kitchen areas are maintained to Shangri-La standard food safety HACCAP responsibility.
We are looking for someone who:
- Preferably has minimum 1 year experience working in Chinese Executive Chef position in either a luxury restaurant or a 5-star hotel background
- Knowledgeable of SFS Implementation
- Must be a friendly helpful and trustworthy leader
- Enjoys planning organizing and problem solving
- Displays curiosity and takes time to learn and understand new culinary trends
- Committed to serving food of the highest quality
- Passion for food and great attention to detail
