ABBYY FlexiCapture Specialist - Remote-Friendly Sofia Bulgaria
Are you a skilled ABBYY FlexiCapture expert looking for a challenging role in a dynamic environment Were seeking a dedicated FlexiCapture Specialist to join our team in Sofia Bulgaria. This position offers a flexible work arrangement with approximately 80% remote work.
As a FlexiCapture Specialist you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our invoice processing operations. You will be responsible for managing and operating the ABBYY FlexiCapture system ensuring seamless integration with our ERP and TMS systems and expanding the use of FlexiCapture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- FlexiCapture Management: Oversee the daily operations of the ABBYY FlexiCapture system including vendor onboarding and invoice processing.
- Process Automation: Enhance and maintain the automation framework within FlexiCapture to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and Power BI to generate insightful reports and identify process improvement opportunities.
- System Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth integration of FlexiCapture with ERP and TMS systems.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support business needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing ABBYY FlexiCapture
- In-depth knowledge of ERP and TMS systems
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI (or similar data analysis tools)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
