About the company
Geekhunter is hiring on behalf of our partners client a Moslem fashion retails based in Bandung.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to grow online sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Increase product sales and visibility on online marketplaces (e.g. Shopee Tokopedia Lazada).
- Optimize social media channels (e.g. WhatsApp TikTok Instagram) to drive engagement conversions and ultimately revenue.
- Build and manage partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) influencers and content creators.
- Coordinate with digital marketing agencies as needed for campaign execution or performance marketing.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce platform representatives.
- Monitor campaign performance analyze key metrics and adjust strategies to improve ROI.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative content sales) to align digital initiatives with overall business goals.
- Stay updated on digital trends platform algorithms and consumer behavior especially within the Muslim fashion market.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in digital marketing preferably within fashion retail or e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and social media marketing.
- Proven experience in influencer/KOL marketing and collaborating with content creators.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g. Meta Ads Manager TikTok Ads Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical communication and project management skills.
- A passion for fashion and familiarity with modest wear trends is a plus.
