Job Description
KITE Search are working with one of the most recognised names in Hong Kong with an impressive history and a diverse real estate portfolio that includes residential hospitality leisure commercial and retail assets. We are currently looking for a Hong Kong based highly experienced Project Manger - Architecture (A&A)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver construction projects from concept to completion
- Manage and coordinate design development reviews and approvals during planning and construction phases
- Handle contract administration including evaluation of progress claims variation extensions of time and completing documentation
- Monitor and manage completion activities including commissioning handover take-over and defect
- Monitor and report on actual performance compared with the programme
- Run and manage the full project development cycle from master planning design and construction
- Lead and supervise property management team maintenance contractors and technical staff on a daily basis
- Arrange tenders/contracts monitor and follow up the progress and workmanship of reinstatement improvement works
- Prepare annual budget including contract service expenses preventative maintenance costs energy management expenses repairing cost improvement and capital items
- Provide regular progress updates for management review
- Attend other regularly meetings
- Participate in any other ad hoc projects as assigned
- Degree holder in Architecture is essential
- At least 10 years in project management with over 5 years experience on large scale or mixed use projects in HK
- Proven track record in project managing full project cycles from feasibility study design to construction supervision & handover to operation
- Strong leadership skills and good communication and stakholder management skills
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Cantonese
