Job Description
Our team touches every single product that Beats ships ensuring that the hardware and software meet the highest standards of quality to delight our this role you will be responsible for leading testing efforts at our manufacturing facilities. This is a high-visibility role within the organization that requires excellent trouble-shooting skills along with an ability to analyze and act upon the results of work that is executed remotely.
- 5 years SQA experience strong background in Quality Assurance along with experience in program management.
- Experience with Bluetooth/Wifi Technologies.
- Experience of testing audio products (headphones speakers/soundbars MP3 players fitness trackers set-top box etc.).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- 2 years experience as an SQA lead.
- Experience of working with multi-functional teams to coordinate testing.
- Experience in building resource plans.
- Digital Audio Knowledge.
- Scripting experience of Perl shell Applescript or JavaScript.
- Sustaining engineering experience.
- Work very well independently focused and responsible.
- A proven track record demonstrating the ability to drive to milestones and goals.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
