Role Overview:
LRQA continues to achieve significant growth and is therefore looking to appoint a Strategic Account Manager to support further expansion in Southeast Asia primarily focusing on Singapore. While the role primarily targets these locations other geographies may also be considered depending on existing relationships.
As a member of the strategic account management team you will be responsible for selling key cybersecurity services such asoffensive security services (e.g. penetration testing and red teaming) Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) services managed security services and incident response solutions along with other relevant cybersecurity solutions.
Key industry verticals include but are not limited to Financial Services FinTech Healthcare Manufacturing Technology and Marine and Offshore.
What Youll Be Doing in Your Role:
In this role you will focus on:
a. Delivering revenue versus target on a monthly and quarterly basis
b. Generating new leads through your existing end client relationships and prospecting via cold-calling and leveraging platforms like LinkedIn/other social media
c. Re-engaging relationships in the existing install base to promote LRQAs cybersecurity offerings
d. Managing and closing new marketing leads generated by LRQA
e. Upselling to existing clients to expand their engagement across multiple lines of business
f. Consistently building a pipeline of highly qualified opportunities
g. Regularly updating CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics)
h. Collaborating closely with cross functional teams including technical pre-sales and post-sales delivery teams to ensure end-to-end sales facilitation and client satisfaction
i. Undertaking all compulsory on-boarding and on-the-job training sessions - these are designed for you to excel in the role!
j. Participating in kick-off and debrief calls with clients
Key Skills:
To succeed in this role youll need:
- Strong experience managing opportunities in CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Negotiation presentation and objection-handling skills
- Strong listening and time management abilities
- Prospecting and cold-calling experience
- Ability to deliver client presentations in virtual and face-to-face settings
Qualifications:
1. Degree in a relevant field with proven experience in consultancy or sales particularly in cybersecurity
2. Track record of delivering growth in strategic organizations with a minimum of 5 years experience
3. Experience in selling offensive security services GRC services managed security services or incident response solutions is highly preferred
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin
