Job Description

Compliance & Customer Service Assistant Manager

Location: Home Based / Hybrid

Salary: 30000 per annum

Job title: Compliance & Customer Service Assistant Manager

A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Compliance & Customer Service Assistant Manager to join our Association.

  • Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households.
  • We provide quality housing deliver tailored support plans training education and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.

Purpose of the role

  • To assist in the management monitoring and delivery of all aspects of property and regulatory compliance and its delivery in accordance with Adullam Homes Housing Association Limited policies and procedures.
  • The post will also provide direct support to the Asset Manager and will ensure all cyclical works are administered correctly and reported accordingly.
  • The post will continually liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a common group approach in the delivery of these activities.
  • As a manager you will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Associations values culture and ethos.
  • The post will provide a monitoring system to enable Adullam to achieve its environmental objectives with regard to energy performance.
