POSITION SUMMARY
- Report to Production Manager
- Incoming inspection production process inspection outbound and inbound inspection preparation of quality reports
- Production quality management
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the editing and maintenance of production quality process documents formulate product inspection standards and develop inspection tooling and inspection fixtures
- Responsible for the quality control of the process from sample to mass production and improve product quality through testing control and improvement process
- Responsible for statistics of incoming materials processes and customer complaint quality data exception handling root cause analysis and follow-up improvement measures
- Participate in supplier development assist suppliers in the quality of incoming materials and evaluate the quality of suppliers on a monthly basis
- Responsible for collecting and summarizing the key quality control points grades risks and problem points of the key dimensions of each workshop process and reporting them in a timely manner taking preventive measures in advance formulating responsible persons and closed-loop dates and continuing to follow up
- Responsible for returning customer complaints providing solutions and reviewing and improving reports to reply to customers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree or above major in mechanical mold and other related majors or science and engineering More than
- 3 years of experience in large-scale manufacturing with the same or similar management background
- Solid professional basic knowledge strong learning ability and good team spirit
- Proficient in quality management related knowledge
- Proficient in using Excel and other office software
- Understand the refrigeration theory and the relevant standards and specifications of air conditioning at home and abroad.
- Good English skills are a must
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
- Normal working conditions working place in Suzhou if necessary will go to the project site for quality management
TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED
