Job Summary
We are seeking a detailed Data Quality Analyst to join our outstanding team at Thermo Fisher Scientific in Tijuana Baja California Mexico. Key Responsibilities
- Perform data quality assessments and validations to ensure data integrity accuracy and consistency.
- Implement data quality scorecards and monitor performance indicators to maintain high standards.
- Identify analyze and resolve data quality issues in collaboration with data owners and collaborators.
- Apply Experian data products and services to improve data quality and support business needs.
- Maintain detailed documentation of data quality processes and improvements.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to efficiently implement data quality initiatives and projects.
- Deliver training and support to team members and collaborators on data quality standard methodologies.
Preferred Experience
- Demonstrable experience in working with Experian Aperture Data Studio or other data quality tools.
- Solid understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.
- Proficiency in ETL practices and data analysis tools and software (e.g. SQL Excel Python R).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) and data lake platforms (e.g. Databricks Athena Redshift).
- Understanding data management principles and standard methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Data Science or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability in data quality analysis or a related role.
- Certification in data quality or data management (preferred but not required).
