What youll do
This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive knowledge of OTR tyre and wheel/rim products systems and maintenance best practices. You will lead collaborative initiatives across internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance performance standards coach teams to deliver optimal outcomes and embed a contractor mentality within site teams. If you are passionate about driving innovation delivering measurable results and championing safety and efficiency this role offers an exciting career opportunity.
While the preferred candidate will be based in Brisbane this role is open to candidates across our Australian regions and can be based out of any of our offices with regular travel to our projects will be a requirement of the role.

What Youll Need to Succeed
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with 10 years of industry experience ideally in tyre management or performance improvement roles and demonstrated leadership within tyre or wheel/rim supply or maintenance organisations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation combined with the ability to drive cultural change foster collaboration and deliver measurable results in a dynamic environment focused on safety and sustainability.
