Our client is a global automotive parts manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Planning and predictive maintenance execution.
- Eliminating unplanned machine breakdowns by conducting repairs root cause analysis implementing sustainable countermeasures and establishing standards.
- Ensuring the availability of appropriate spare parts to minimize machine downtime and support the total productive maintenance (TPM) plan.
- Tracking recording and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) while applying the PDCA improvement cycle to meet targets.
- Developing work instructions TPM plans and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Overseeing new machine installations preparing TPM plans MAZE BOM and spare parts management.
- Providing support for both internal and external audits.
- Contributing to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 compliance goals.
- Optimizing MAZE stock management.
- Focusing on team skill development.
- Maintaining SAP and S4-HANA for maintenance operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years of CNC machine maintenance experience.
- Strong maintenance management and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership abilities.
- Specialized in CNC machine repair and preventive maintenance.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Expertise in CNC controllers PLCs HMIs servo motors robots vision cameras and inverters.
