It performs translational research that covers the energy value chain from generation to innovative end-use solutions motivated by industrialisation and deployment. has multiple Interdisciplinary Research Programmes which focus on translational Research Development & Deployment which focus on specific area of the energy value chain and a number of Living labs and Testbeds which facilitate large scale technology deployment enabling validation and demonstration of real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop hardware setup for collection of battery data
Develop components of a battery model including system integration data processing data quality control and data visualization.
Design and execute experimental protocols to collect high-quality data including voltage current temperature and state-of-charge characteristics.
Develop simulation models of batteries using Python.
Prepare technical reports presentations and research publications
Job Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering
Proficiency with mathematical modeling and data analytics
Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) including deploying and managing cloud-based applications
Hands-on experience with development of web-based user interface
Knowledge of battery management systems (BMS)
Proficiency in programming languages such as Matlab Python and Javascript
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English for research work purposes
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
