Responsible for tracking necessary documentations from tenants (e.g. insurance BG etc.)
Ensure proper documentation in accordance to SOP (e.g. ACRA trademark SD etc.)
Liaise with finance/tenants pertaining to monthly sales submission yearly audit statementetc.
Support leasing team in report preparation update tenants list floor plans etc.
Preparation and dissemination of relevant information internally (e.g. tenant fit-out/opening)
Prepare circulars letters refunds etc.
General filing printing and documents housekeeping
Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor/management
Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma educational qualifications is preferred
The ideal candidate shall be equipped withat least 2 years of relevant experience
