We invite high-calibre candidates to fill the following position in Singapore.
- Manage all activities connected with a project from planning through design and implementation till completion stage
- Lead and direct cross-functional teams to perform within constraints of schedules budgets and resources
- With assist from overseas partner/agent interact with overseas clients to drive the project and to meet clients expectations
- Monitor project progress/billing and maintain good records throughout the project life cycle
- Ensure good performance on project operations in terms of product quality on-time delivery and budget control.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in civil (or Structural) Engineering
- 6 years experience in site work including precast and in-situ concrete work for RC structures and exposure to managing/coordinating fabrication of precast concrete.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills applied to planning for construction works.
- Excel spreadsheets and planning skills.
- Good negotiation communication and subcontractor management skills.
- Resourceful independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Additional skills in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD is advantageous.
- Drivers license is advantageous (for factory inspections).
