In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Process trade and intercompany vendor invoices in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
- Perform data validation on purchase orders and invoices following the 234-way matching principle standard operating procedures and internal controls.
- Research investigate and gather information to clear disputed invoices.
- Assist in mailbox and repository management.
- Assist in month-end closing activities.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree in Accountancy Finance or any Accounting-related degree.
- 3 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounting particularly in Accounts Payable.
- Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Advanced knowledge of Internal Controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable using accounting ERP preferably Oracle or SAP is a plus.
