Your impact

As a Client Executive & Strategic Program Manager at Anderson MacGyver you play a pivotal role in building long-term partnerships with our clients. You operate as a strategic advisor to C-level executives combining content expertise with relational trust. With a strong track record and an extensive network in one or more of our focus industries you are well positioned to initiate lead and grow high-impact engagements.

You manage large-scale digital transformation and IT programs often in a steering group role ensuring progress mitigating risk and safeguarding delivery quality. You work closely with our project managers to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and maintain client satisfaction at the highest level.

You are part of Anderson MacGyvers Salesteam and take joint responsibility for commercial growth. You drive consultative selling by identifying new opportunities within existing clients winning back former accounts and opening new relationships through your content relevance and network. You know when to initiate proposals and when to act based on trust and urgency. You create tailored effective solutions that are pragmatic and timely.

Internally you serve as a connector across delivery sales and leadership. You ensure strong cadence in client collaboration bring the right expertise to the table and contribute to strategic proposition development. Your domain knowledge helps shape our thinking on future themes and market opportunities.

Fridays are dedicated to internal development. You contribute to evolving our methods and services mentor colleagues and invest in your own growth. At Anderson MacGyver you are part of a team that values craftsmanship collaboration and long-term impact.

What Are We Looking For

  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in consultancy digital strategy or IT program management
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver strategic IT and transformation programs
  • Strong commercial track record in building and expanding client relationships
  • Extensive C-level network and domain expertise in one or more of our focus industries
  • Able to act as a trusted strategic advisor to executive stakeholders
  • Skilled in managing multiple complex projects in parallel (steering committee) and guiding large scale projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills; connects content with relationship
  • Fluent in Dutch and English both spoken and written
  • Entrepreneurial strategic collaborative and execution-driven
