Were looking for an Advertising Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives across our advertising channels. This key role will shape our advertising strategy while managing critical stakeholder relationships and program development.

Key job responsibilities
As Advertising Program Manager youll lead initiatives that directly impact our advertising growth and effectiveness:
Strategic Leadership
- Build and manage priorities for our network of Advertising Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Drive advertiser participation through innovative launch programs
- Align advertising strategies with business objectives across all channels
- Ensure advertising representation in Weekly/Monthly Business Reviews
- Support top advertisers in Joint Business Planning reviews
Support Team Workstream
- Lead the program management of Ads support and operational teams
- Define and execute strategic priorities
- Optimize processes between support teams and stakeholder teams
- Monitor vendor/seller engagement and adjust strategies accordingly
Program Development
- Create scalable solutions for advertising adoption
- Design and implement advertising packages for high-traffic events
- Lead monthly sprint programs focused on specific business goals
- Coordinate with central teams on product rollouts
Performance & Analytics
- Own key metrics including Advertising Revenue ROAS and Adoption
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards
- Drive data-informed decision making
- Optimize campaign performance during peak periods

Youll engage with key stakeholders to drive collaborative initiatives conduct in-depth analysis of business performance and metrics foster relationships with high-value advertisers and develop and implement strategic plans to propel growth. Each day wont look alike!
- 4 years experience in digital advertising or program management
- Proven track record in project and stakeholder management
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of Excel
- 4 years of industry work experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience in program or project management
