QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelors degree or higher from an accreditied college or university preferred.
- At least three (3) years of expericence in public warehousing and/or general office support preferred.
- Strong management organizational communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Proficiency in computer skills including experience with database and Excel required.
- Ability to effectively manage personnel.
- Physically capable of working in all environmental conditions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide strategic oversight and operational support to all Support Services departments ensuring effective day-to-day functions and alignment with departmental goals.
- Oversee communication protocols with applicants and internal stakeholders to ensure clarity and compliance throughout the fingerprinting and badging processes.
- Review and prepare professional correspondence and documentation ensuring accurancy clarity and alignment with organizational standards.
- Foster collaborative relationships with Idemia/IdentoGO and other relevant agencies to ensure adherence to all legal and procedural requirements related to fingerprinting and background screening.
- Supervise the preparation implementation and ongoing compliance of Idemia/IdentoGO fingerprinting systems for both certified and non-certified personnel.
- Lead training coaching and performance development initiatives for staff engaged in the fingerprinting and badging processes promoting procedural consistency and service excellence.
- Provide high-level oversight of fingerprinting operations including the administration of technical systems such as the Idemia/IdentoGO workstation and proprietary badging software.
- Promote continuous professional development by participating in and supporting staff training programs to enhance departmental performance and service delivery.
- Oversee inventory managment for all fingerprinting and badging supplies ensuring cost-effective procurement and uninterrupted operations.
- Manage core human resources functions witin the department including oversight of attendance punctuality adherence to policy and performance-related matters.
- Monitor and approve timekeeping and attendance records for assigned personnel; serve as acting authority in the absence of the Assistant Director of Support Services.
- Coordinate and provide leadership support for departmental programs events and special initiatives as assigned.
- Ensure accurate documentation and management of data related to fingerprinting and warehouse operations for district-wide reporting and compliance.
- Assist in recruitment efforts including candidate interviews and hiring recommendations in collaboration with the Assistant Director.
- Serve in a leadership capacity during the absence of department management including facilitating meetings decision-making and issue resolution.
- Execute additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by senior leadership.
- Mantain consistent and reliable attendance to support the operational integrity of the Support Services department.
