We are looking for Assistant Chief Steward Managerto join our team!
Support the Chief Steward in managing all stewarding operations
Supervise stewarding staff (dishwashers cleaners utility workers) across all shifts
Ensure kitchen and back-of-house areas are cleaned and sanitized according to hygiene standards
Monitor cleaning schedules for kitchen equipment floors walls and storage areas
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of dishwashing machines and other cleaning equipment
Assist in training staff on hygiene safety procedures and correct chemical usage
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies chemicals and stewarding tools
Coordinate closely with kitchen banquet and F&B teams to meet service requirements
Help implement and monitor waste management procedures
- Requirement:
35 years of stewarding or kitchen support experience with at least 12 years in a supervisory role
